Other than the goat cheese this is totally Paleo (as long as you sub out the ezekiel bread crumbs for 2 tbls of almond flour, which I sometimes do)!
I grew the most beautiful, juicy, and sweet beefsteak tomatoes in my garden this year. So I love adding them to everything right now. I was looking at them today and inspired me to make burgers.
